About

If I"m not working or spending time with my wife you'll find me on the golf course. I am an avid golfer and outdoors man. And when I'm working I love helping people. My specialty is helping people finance a home. I have worked with many first time buyers all the way up to the million dollar homes. I am very experienced in all type of residential mortgages including FHA. VA, Rural housing, Conventional, KHC, FHA 203K, and some portfolio loans for those people who don't fit the normal lending mold. So if you would like to work with someone that is Knowledgeable and always keeps you updated then give me a call.

About Cindy Sizemore

I’m not a Louisville native, but I should have been. And I’m afraid I can’t answer the all-important local question of, “Which High School did you attend?” Well, I can, but you’ve probably never heard of it. I grew up in the small town of London, Kentucky, and graduated from Laurel County High School. In that small town, I learned the value of community, neighbors, respect for our environment and nature. I volunteered in numerous community groups including the Laurel County 4-H Horse Club, Girl Scouts of America and the Optimist Club, among others.

But I’ve loved Louisville since I watched my first all day coverage of the Kentucky Derby on TV as a young girl. From that first glimpse into the culture of Louisville and the Derby, it became my habit to celebrate the first Saturday in May via the little box in my living room and I dreamed of being there someday. I made my first trip to Louisville as a teenager and from then I visited as much as possible. In 2010, I finally decided it was time to move here with my daughter. I love the many different neighborhoods of Louisville and how each has its own vibe, history and sense of community. The historical houses are amazing! The parks are amazing! The many different museums and local activities are amazing! And of course, the Derby and everything leading up to it is amazing!

I graduated from Eastern Kentucky University (Go Colonels!) with a Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Science but always had an interest in land management, environmental studies and real estate. During my paralegal career I have been involved in many aspects of the real estate community including working with attorneys, appraisers, home inspectors, title companies, banks, county clerk’s offices and builders. At the age of 10, I watched my parents build our house from the ground up with little help from anyone and now do most of my own home renovations. I believe that this experience, along with my love of Louisville, will help me be a better agent for you.
